Francis Bacon said, “ Reading maketh a full man , writing an exact man, and conference a ready
man”. Books make the readers wise and pragmatic. This fabulous habit of reading is cultivated in the
college Library. A hoard of books ranging from fiction to non-fiction ,literature to competitive exams adorn the shelves of the library.
To foster the habit of reading and make the merits of the library, we conduct the LIBRARY WEEK which coincides with the birth of the father of the library science, Shri S R Ranganathan. Various activities like book reading, review writing, poetry reading and compositions and discussions are held with students participating in large numbers
